1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made on www.propexcrm.com are non-refundable
  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is completed
  • This applies regardless of usage or non-usage

2. Manual Activation Acknowledgement

By making a payment, you acknowledge:

  • CRM access is provided manually
  • Activation timelines may vary
  • Delays do not qualify for refunds

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was deducted but access was not provided due to our fault
  • A verified technical error occurred on our side

Such decisions are solely at the discretion of PropeX CRM.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent termination of service
